You will be automatically enrolled into the Telefónica UK Pension Plan within your first full month of employment with Telefónica. If you decide to opt-out you will be auto re-enrolled every three years from Telefónica's staging date (1 April 2013), it's the law. Eligibility for auto-enrolment is:
- Over 22 years old but below State Pension Age and
- Earn over £10,000 per year and
- Ordinarily work in the UK
Don’t forget: even if you don’t meet these criteria you can still elect to join the Plan through Telefónica Rewards.
